Responsibilities Writing test plans Developing test scripts Test automation Defect tracking Working with the development team to ensure that products meet requirements Design specifications, and quality standards. Required Qualifications B.S. Computer Science or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of software QA experience, preferably across multiple operating systems such as Windows, UNIX, Linux, and Macintosh. Experience using tools such as those for profiling, code coverage, resource usage, resource leak detection, packet capture/analysis, load testing, and GUI verification. Good understanding of networking, security, and web technologies. System administration knowledge of Windows and UNIX platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience with VMWare is a plus.
